However, illustrations cannot be altered, and the template doesn't support graphic editing. | A: Once you've purchased your template, it may take up to 30 minutes for the link to arrive. Please check your email, as the link will be sent from Corjl. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk mail folder first. If you still can't find it, please let us know, and we'll be happy to resend it for you. |
| Q: Can I preview a design before making a purchase? |
| A: Absolutely. Each design description includes a website link to access a demo. This enables you to make adjustments and visualize how the design will appear before making a purchase. |
| Q: Why do certain colors look different after they print? |
| A: Screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) are different systems, so slight variations can occur even with the best calibration. To be absolutely sure, we highly recommend doing a test print before placing a large order. |
| Q: Is it possible to receive a refund if I'm dissatisfied with my template? |
| A: Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for our templates due to the natural or products. However, you have the option to test a demo before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with the design. |
